Yea there is. I had it last year then my psp broke. It's psp maps. I also had psptube on it (Youtube). Follow the link and just download it. Instructions are there.

yes - you will have to buy a psp gps receiver from sony
and i am sure they will send in the compatible soft to it also.
having said that, why do you want to buy something for psp, why not buy a full fledged gps device with maps and all.
not only it is going to be cheaper but actually better.
