i'm a freelance web designer. i'm currently completing a website for a client who owns a biz. in his contact page i'm using the google maps embed feature so it shows his office via google maps.
is this legal as a freelancer for me. as i'm charging him for site design only. would i get into any legal probs for doing this for him?

For the second part of your question yes it is OK to charge the customer also. You can charge the customer for free icons, templates and software as long as you are doing the work for the web site.
