i have tried removing programmes, but the only option i have to remove a program is e bay. how do i get google maps operating, please help

you need to buy micro sd card in order to open space but before youo do that back up your data on your pc (active sync) and on the settings you can see factory reset which will clear all data inside,and but little memory and save all files into micro sd card recommended sandisk brand
