Can anyone who understands japanese find this on Google Maps for me?

I want to find this exact location.





this map leads you to it. the address is "千葉県船橋市本町７－１５－２1" but when i click to find that address, it takes you ABOVE The JR station there. but on the map below it shows the house is BELOW the station...

The below map has north at its bottom.





Another must have north at its top.





That's the difference I think.
